RESOURCE MOBILIZATION
I will explore the various resource mobilization and fundraising options that are available to you. Together, we will make a plan to bring more partners on board to support your cause and if needed, I can assist with proposal-writing and sending LOIs.
Charitable giving support
We will embark on strategic visioning to identify funding gaps that fit with your own goals for giving. I can also assist with all grant management procedures including grant applications, vetting proposals and due diligence (organizing and conducting site visits).
Research, writing, and editing
As an avid writer, I can assist you with bringing your thoughts, ideas and plans into writing in all forms- proposals, annual reports, blogs, etc. I can also conduct qualitative research for impact assessments and have strong editing skills.
Program management and design
Assistance with managing and designing projects that respond to participants needs and have community buy-in. Identification of, and, partnership building with effective local partners.
COMMUNICATION STRATEGY AND IMPLEMENTATION
Help with creating and defining a communication strategy in order to maximize online media channels using a holistic approach. Increase brand awareness, elevate your online presence, improve or develop a new website, and share stories of impact. We will work together to make the process as seamless as possible.
