Support with five-year application to Norad through advising on the application content and results framework for three country offices (Ghana, Zambia, and Malawi). Ensured that the results framework is in line with the narrative text and re-wrote selected parts for fluent and appropriate language. Additional advisory support provided for SOS-Norway's 2018 Results Report to Norad and writing support for a report to another institutional donor.

Safeguarding Systems Officer to assist the Global PSEA Adviser in building robust prevention and response systems in respect of sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) incidents (includes setting up a comprehensive and protected register of incidents, creating simple training packages, and identifying gaps and inconsistencies across key policies)

Led the grant writing process for the EEA and Norway Grants Fund for Regional Coordination, working together with partners in the US, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Serbia and Albania. 

Curriculum adaption of health and life skills curriculum for young girls, ages 8 to 13 years, as part of the safe space club project in the Sahel Women’s Empowerment and the Demographic Dividend (SWEDD) program in six francophone West African countries

Assisted with marketing, publicity, and communication projects (production of marketing materials, press relations) for the 2017 Nobel Peace Award Exhibit and 2019 Oslo Pax Conference.
